Working for schools and families in South West England
whilst supporting the National Curriculum

Food Is Fun is about encouraging school children of all ages to explore food in a fun way to promote healthy eating for their future. We believe that lots of good work has been done to improve the quality of food in schools recently, but unless food is perceived to be "tasty" children will not eat it, no matter how healthy it is.

Peter Gorton and our “travelling kitchen” are available for full-or half-day events. These unique demonstrations focus on the “fun of cooking” and “how to produce healthy food that is good to eat”.

Food Is Fun is based on three core concepts:

SIMPLICITY, REALISTIC and FUN!

Food Is Fun encourages children and parents to try new foods in a practical way, and to see healthy eating as "cool".

Come and see our travelling kitchen live in action at the Cornwall Food and Drink Festival in Truro Fri 24th to Sun 26th Sept 2010.
